.) BUSINESS USAGE OF HOME. No building may be used for any commercial or business purpose, except that owners may choose to have a home office in which their customers contact them electronically. No Time-Sharing, as defined by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, will be allowed.

.) CURB/STREET DAMAGES. The lot owner shall be responsible for any damage to any curbing or street in front of his property, resulting from construction on his lot. Repairs of such damage must be made within thirty (30) days, or as soon as practicable allowing for weather delays.. If not repaired in accordance with the above requirements, then subdivision developers, or their agents, will repair said damage, and bill the lot owner at twice the cost of repairs.

.) GARAGE/DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION. No garage or carport shall be constructed with an opening toward any street, public or private, unless the garage is equipped with garage doors. All driveways are to be paved. Gravel driveways will not be allowed.

.) FENCE/WALL CONSTRUCTION. Fences or walls may be constructed on lots, so long as they have been approved in height, materials, and appearance, by the Liddon Hills Architectural Board. Fences or walls should not be built on top of any utility or drainage easements, or block any access easements. The use of chain-link fencing will be permitted only to the rear of the house, starting at the back wall of the structure.

Above-ground pools are discouraged, unless topography dictates their use.

.) EXTERIOR LIGHTING. All exterior lighting on each lot shall be installed and maintained to provide illumination as is necessary for that lot only.
