see at Liddon Hills, and that's why you'll find special covenants
meant to preserve the plants & wildlife there.
In addition to this, you will be able to further enjoy living in
this natural environment without the visual distractions of utility
poles & cables. We have installed underground electrical, telephone,
& cable TV wires for your safety & convenience--so all you'll
see, are just the trees. City Water & Natural Gas are also available
in Liddon Hills, along with Fire Hydrants for your family's safety.
Liddon Hills has an evironmentally-safe Pressure Sewer System
which is owned by the City of Corinth and connects directly to Corinth's
sewage treatment plant. After you have purchased your lot in Liddon
Hills, we will provide you with a Hydromatic Grinder Pump
Package so you can connect to the city lines. The price of this
system (about $2,100) is included in our published lot prices, so
there is no additional cost to you other than installation by your
builder.
Construction on the above lots will be subject to approval of
your building plans by the Liddon Hills Architectural Board. This
is being done for the protection of your investment in the developement,
and to assure a high standard of construction.
